How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Stand naturally and keep it snug without pulling tight.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape level across your back and your arms relaxed.

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso.

With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Measure from the top of your inner leg to the intended hem. For garment inseams, compare with the inside seam of pants that fit you well.

Check whether the product lists body or garment measurements, and compare using the same unit. One inch is 2.54 centimeters.
