Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing your order
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time. If your order is delayed, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Delivery options
- Standard: $8, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $70 or more.
- Express: $15, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Available services, eligibility for free shipping, and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather can affect arrival.
Track your delivery
Use the order-status link in your confirmation email or sign in to your account. Tracking details are added when your shipment is dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to change it, or your parcel is late, missing, or damaged, email info@oooweelifestyle.com with your order number. Address changes depend on the order’s fulfillment status.
Orders paid with points
Points cover eligible products in the rewards app. Shipping and applicable taxes are paid in dollars and shown before you complete checkout.
