Using the store

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep access to your account secure. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to access another customer’s account.

Products and orders

Check the product description, size, color, quantity, and final total before completing checkout. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains a pricing or description error, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Applicable taxes, shipping, and discounts are shown before payment. Price changes apply to future orders. Any promotion is subject to the conditions displayed with that offer.

Rewards points

Eligible products can be purchased with points through the rewards app. The app shows each item’s points price before checkout; points prices can change for future purchases. Points cover products only, while shipping and applicable taxes are paid in dollars. Points have no cash redemption value. Use the same verified email in the app and your store account to view the associated balance.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping policy explains delivery options. Our Returns policy explains eligibility, refunds, and exchanges. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Store content

Store branding, images, and other content belong to their respective owners. Browsing or purchasing does not grant permission to reproduce that content commercially.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
