Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to change it, or your parcel is late, missing, or damaged, email info@oooweelifestyle.com with your order number. Address changes depend on the order’s fulfillment status.

Orders paid with points

Points cover eligible products in the rewards app. Shipping and applicable taxes are paid in dollars and shown before you complete checkout.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached. Please include the original packaging where possible. Trying clothing on for fit is fine; signs of use, stains, or damage can make an item ineligible.

Items clearly marked final sale and personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. For hygiene reasons, socks must be unopened and bottles must be unused. These conditions do not limit your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Start a return

Email info@oooweelifestyle.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back.

You pay return shipping for a change of mind or size. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. If we sent an incorrect or faulty item, we cover the necessary return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved cash refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days; your bank may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return.

For approved returns of products purchased with points in the app, the original points cost is returned to the same rewards account after the item refund is confirmed. Points are not exchanged for cash. In mixed orders, each returned item is refunded according to its original payment method.

Exchanges and order problems

Contact us to request a different size or item. Exchanges depend on availability; we can arrange an eligible return if your replacement is unavailable. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.
